In a world filled with constant distractions and responsibilities we need to be reminded of the issues that matter.  We need to be jolted out of this ever-maddening world and return to God’s kingdom which is our eternal home. This blog will include biblical teachings, life lessons and discussions of both controversial and scientifically based topics. The intention is to bring hope, peace and comfort to believers and non-believers in Christ.  I will also be delving into my personal spiritual encounters over my lifetime as well as sharing my personal journey towards healing from trauma, abuse, sexual assault, depression, anxiety, and so much more.  My approach is practical, effective yet highly spiritual in nature.
